by commissioning me, the client agrees to the following terms:
ARTIST'S RIGHTS:
∘ unless specifically requested by the client, i reserve the right to post a finished commission to any social platform.
∘ i reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
∘ i refuse to work with MAGA/alt right trump supporters.
CLIENT'S RULES:
∘ client must pay in full before commission work is started.
∘ do not try to resell/reprint a commission for profit. however, the client may use the finished product for any non-profit and personal use.
∘ credit me when reposting a commissioned piece.
∘ do not trace my artwork; commission or personal work.
∘ my art may NEVER be redistributed for AI training websites or NFTS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
∘ all prices are in USD.
∘ at the moment, my only payment method is paypal.
∘ a full refund will be offered only before work has begun on the commission. if you are unhappy with how it's turning out, i will offer 3 free adjustments to the wip sketch. anything further will be an additional $10.00 USD.
∘ i cannot send a physical copy of commissions at this time. this may change in the future.
∘ i will send you WIPS of your commission both at the sketch phase and as requested.
∘ turnaround time may vary from 2 weeks to a few months depending on complexity as well as my irl schedule.
∘ a priority fee of $20.00 USD may be added to your total if the client wishes to be put at the top of my queue.
